Yoga on the water allows you to completely relax outside your busy life, helping to live completely in the moment while enjoying the aspects of nature.

I first found SUP Yoga being taught in the Maldives and Bali; it hadn’t been entirely introduced to Australia yet. I immediately recognised the potential for exercise and fitness and a way to keep those things fun.

The Fitness aspect of SUP yoga is one of the key underlying factors of why it gets so many people hooked. It’s so much fun; often, people forget it is exercise. SUP yoga offers a core and cardiovascular workout along with it being one of the most relaxing, refreshing and calming practices for your whole mind and body.

One of the most appealing things about SUP yoga is how incredible you feel afterwards; the mix of the fresh ocean air, fitness, stretching, breathing and being on the water leaves you feeling calm, clear and connected, ready to take on the world. It’s the best way to start or finish your day.

Enjoy a fun, light-hearted approach to yoga by joining us on the water for sup yoga parties, corporate groups or our weekly SUP yoga classes. Experience the feeling of being surrounded by nature and breathing in fresh air as you flow on your paddleboard. 

 

Weekly SUP Yoga Classes

$45 per session

Open to all levels of experience.

Confirm bookings 48 hours prior (weather permitted)

Bring: Water, activewear, a hat, a towel, sunscreen and your smiling face.

The cost is $45 per session with board hire, anchors, breathwork and, meditation and water.

Private SUP Yoga Parties

$45 -50 per person

Open to all levels of experience.

Private bookings are on trend as we cater to you and your group/party.

We host hen’s parties, wedding parties, birthday parties, kid’s parties, workplace groups, and whatever else suits your individual needs.

Bring: Water, activewear, a hat, a towel, sunscreen and your smiling face.

Minimum eight people. Confirm booking 48 hours before your session. 

Corporate Groups

$55 per person

Sup yoga is a great way to get your team together, connect and get outdoors for some fun.

We cater to suit your workplace; we will include team-building activities on the water, which are great for building relationships in the workplace. Classes will be kept light-hearted and fun while working on good technique and team building.

Bring: Water, activewear, a hat, a towel, sunscreen and your smiling face.

Minimum eight to fifteen people. Confirm booking 48 hours before your session.

This is a package for those who want something a little different and love adventure and the outdoors.

Includes: Start with a scenic paddle with your party with your choice of our beautiful locations, Noosa Heads or Cotton Tree.

Yoga on a random beach somewhere along the way on our adventure.

Deposit: 50% at time of purchase.  

Cancellation: 5 business day cancellation policy
